Chris might start a series of photos on old bars (I hope so!). Here's his description of this one:
I love the old bars of Brooklyn, especially the ones far away from the hipsters, bars that look nothing like Manhattan.
The Old Gallery, which has been around for over forty years, sits underneath the elevated tracks on McDonald Ave, the F rumbling overhead.
Billyballs (thats what everyone calls him) been coming here for over thirty years, and other than making sure I did not get in the way of watching his numbers, was happy to pose for me.
