Police Search for Mugger

The man in the surveillance video capture above is suspected in two violent muggings on Saturday. He struck first in Red Hook, then again shortly after on Prospect Park West and Windsor Place. From NY1 (with video):

Just 1.5 hours later, police say he struck again – pistol whipping a woman and stealing her purse. The woman was taken to the hospital with a cut to her face.

The man is described as between 6 foot 2 and 6 foot 4 and 220 pounds with black hair.

NY1 says the crimes occurred in the afternoon, though puts the Windsor Terrace mugging at 5am.
