Mmm, the simple perfection of a bagel with cream cheese just can't be beat. Though $1.90 is on the high side, you're paying for a great bagel. The pumpernickel at Terrace Bagels is especially appealing, with its inner sprinkling of caraway seeds. They're not overpowering, but are tiny bursts of crunch and flavor with each bite.
And while there's plenty of arguing over who has the better bagels, Terrace Bagels or Bagel Hole, I don't see any reason to fight. Both have their merits, and both are delicious. So let's just be happy we're so lucky to have both so close.
