Revamping the Colonel Cook Memorial



Boy Scouts from Troop 237 began work on an Eagle Scout community service project at the Colonel Donald G. Cook Memorial triangle at Fort Hamilton Parkway and Caton Ave this morning. The much appreciated work will include the addition of two benches, a flagpole, and a commemorative plaque--but the Kensington Prospect wonders if the project could include more.
