The cancelled singalong made the Daily News the other day, and left us wondering about the sad state parenting (or lack thereof) that results in kids littering, tagging playgrounds, and schools and libraries having to hire security gards to keep them in check. Our neighborhood being no exception.
Is it a sense of entitlement? Ignorance? A mix? How much is poor parenting and how much responsibility do we take as a community for letting our younger residents run wild?
