Have a lovely meal. Just not this week.
The place is ready, the menus are printed, the espresso machine glimmers behind the counter. Kensington is more than ready. One problem, though. According to owner José Zosayas, he's still waiting on NYC inspection and approval. And that could take another 3 weeks. While he manages another café in Manhattan, here he's making his debut as owner. Good luck. Break a leg! Once opened, hours will be from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
