In case you haven't stopped by the Windsor Terrace Greenmarket yet, now is definitely the time! Spring might be my favorite time of year, when the drudgery of root vegetables makes way for light, leafy greens. this week and found just that--ample greens and bright herbs, and they've got a recipe for a sandwich that sounds great. In fact, it reminds me of something you might get from Lioni's in Dyker Heights, and if anyone knows of a place with sandwiches like that right here in WT, please do tell. Until I find it, at least I can make my own!
