Neighbor Matthew spotted this car on Prospect Ave at the Seeley bridge that had all four of its rims stolen. There were a lot of car break-ins reported over the summer, and several more have been noticed in recent months on the KWT Neighbors Yahoo Group, but this is the first I’ve heard of this kind of car crime. Anyone else seen this going on, or experienced it?
