With pants unzipped and porn playing on his cell phone, a second suspect was picked up by the 76th Precinct, according to the NYPD.
Anti-crime officers patrolling Windsor Terrace spotted Joshua Flecha, 32, of Queens, early Monday morning on Greenwood Avenue between 4th and 5th Avenues. About 45 minutes later, at 3:15am, the same team saw Flecha on 17th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues, walking slowly in the street along a line of parked cars.
Suspecting he might be attempting to break into one of the parked vehicles, the officers approached Flecha, and police say he was found to be in possession of marijuana, had a cell phone in his hand on which a pornographic video was playing, and his pants were unzipped.
The officers noticed that Flecha bore a resemblance to the suspect sketch in a sexual assault that occurred in May at the 7th Avenue F station. Flecha was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana, and was later picked out of a lineup at as the assailant in the incident on May 7. Additional lineups in connection with other incidents in the pattern are being conducted today.
Last week another suspect, Adolfo Martinez, was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse after police say he groped a woman who had just left the 36th Street N/R station.
Police believe they may still be looking for at least two more suspects following a string of crimes that was recently increased to 20 incidents.
