The Kensington Teen "Iron" Chefs in Daily News
Here are the Teen Chefs, and one of their teachers, Veronica Guzman, all Kensington residents in today's Daily News:
"...We [took] the idea of your local bodega bacon, egg and cheese and showed them you can make it with egg whites, tomatoes, whole wheat bread and low-fat cheese."
Soon, the kids were offering up jambalaya and fish chowder against tofu stir fry and Vietnamese spring rolls.
