One right next to Brancaccio's for $2100 (650sq. feet + 650 basement) and one closer up across the Oak&Iris - 1100 sq. feet for $2200. Both really lovely storefronts with great potential.
What the brokers say: "Some examples of great possibilities would be, Connecticut Muffin,La Bagel Delight, Terrace Bagel,Uncle Louie G's Ices, A tasteful wine shop/liquor store, Clothing Boutique possibly children clothes & toys, adult clothing....there are endless possibilities on this main strip."
What we think - Brancaccio should expand next door and someone should open a wine bar in the IntelAgent spot. I guess we'll just dream on.
