Tyson the Dog Finds a Home

November was adopt-a-senior month at Sean Casey Animal Rescue, and one sweet dog, 11-year-old Tyson, was in particular need of a loving home. Well, we love to hear about Sean Casey graduates, and this update from neighbor Ed is one of the best:

After seeing your post about the older dogs up for adoption at Sean Casey, my wife and I decided that we needed to give Tyson a good home. He survived abuse, neglect, cancer, and he lived at Sean Casey for about 16 months! Tyson is now sleeping in a queen size bed every night, romping in the park during off-leash hours, playing with his toys, and enjoying the company of his two doggie sisters.

Thanks to Ed and his wife for adopting Tyson, and to everyone else who has ever opened their home to a pet from Sean Casey! If you're considering adopting, be sure to stop by the shelter on East 4th Street, between Fort Hamilton and Caton, to see if there's a loving match waiting for you.
