Universal Pre-K at United Cerebral Palsy of New York City

United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of NYC, located on Lawrence Avenue, offers a variety of services to children and adults in the community. In September they opened a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program, which is free to 4-year-olds. It is designed to provide a school experience to preschoolers and prepare them for kindergarten.
