We'll join right in. Who's gonna take the bus if you don't know when it will come, or how long will it take to get where you're going, since they are allowed to make stops that are not along the route, yet can only pick up passengers every 6 blocks or so, and not at the old bus stops either! The program would be much better if the vans were required to follow the old bus route, and make the same stops, and follow a reliable schedule.
