Volunteers Needed at Greenwood Playground

The Friends of Greenwood Playground are looking for people who can bring some entertainment, education, and most of all fun to the playground throughout the summer:

Can you play guitar? Juggle? Read books in a silly voice? Organize a great game of capture the flag?

Friends of Greenwood Playground is looking for talented folks to volunteer their time this summer. We are putting together our summer schedule and are looking for people to do story times, arts and crafts, singalongs, or whatever you feel you could share with the kids in our community.

You can do as little or as much time as you like. Just let us know what time and what you would like to do and I will put you in our schedule. You can do a weekday or a weekend, your choice!

Cynthia King will be doing hip hop classes, Debbie Deane will be doing singalongs, Windsor Terrace author Jen Nails will lead a creative writing workshop - all on a volunteer basis.

We need our community to lend themselves to our programming so we can keep this amazing group and all of our great events going.
