A few realtors recommended I consider Windsor Terrace but I don't really know it. How would you say it compares to Carroll Gdn/Cobble Hil? I'd love to be in an area that has yoga, a few nice coffeehouses, a market that sells organic food, and some nice restaurants and bakeries similar to Cobble Hill...I guess sort of 'yuppie'.
The couple of responses she's gotten have focused on some 'cons'--too far from Midtown, not enough fun places to hang out, too family-oriented for a young single woman. Now she's considering Astoria and Jackson Heights, and realizing that New York City is "freekin huge."
