Sorry to report that the Culver El Estates will not, (for now?) be going green all over. Doesn't look like anyone fell for that, though, and we hope the rest of your April Fools' Day is as easy to decipher.
It's not as grand a plan as the one we imagined, but don't forget that the the Culver El rezoning proposition includes some green initiatives such as the Dome playground renovation. The closest city park to the development, planning is underway.
