16YO Arrested After Exposing Himself In Fitness Center: Police
He was also charged with trespassing.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 16-year-old was arrested in Yorktown after he allegedly exposed himself at a fitness center. Police said the teenager, whose name is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status, illegally entered Club Fit Jefferson Valley Oct. 11 and exposed himself to a patron “in a lewd manner.”

He was charged with public lewdness and third-degree criminal trespass, misdemeanors.

The teenager was released on his own recognizance to a parent.
He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Oct. 26.
