17YO Arrested In Yorktown For Giving Minors Alcohol: Police
The teen's name is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 17-year-old Yorktown Heights man was arrested June 3 for allegedly giving alcohol to other minors. Yorktown Police said the teen’s name was being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status.
He was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance, misdemeanor.
Police said they responded to a noise complaint around 10:10 p.m. June 3 in the area of Ridgeview Lane.

An investigation found that the 17-year-old had allegedly provide alcoholic beverages to several young people under the age of 21 at the residence.

He was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters.
After processing, he was released on his own recognizance to a responsible third party.
The teen is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court July 6 for arraignment.
