18-year-old Accused of Sending Threatening Texts
Yorktown police allege the teen was parked on Spruce Street sending texts to a resident there.

Yorktown police have charged an 18-year-old Yorktown man with aggravated harassment after an incident on Spruce Street Aug. 28.
A Spruce Street resident had called police at about 3:01 p.m. saying she was receiving threatening text messages from a man who was parked on her street. Police allege he threatened to damage her property.
Police wouldn’t release his name because they say he is eligible for youthful offender status, which can only be granted by a judge.
