2 Arrested in Jefferson Valley Mall Parking Lot on Drug Charges
Police said there was a syringe involved.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Mahopac man and a Yorktown woman were arrested Tuesday in the Jefferson Valley Mall parking lot on drug charges.
Police said Eric Lopata, 24, was seen handing a hypodermic syringe to Candace L. Moran, 19, and after they were arrested were charged with possessing drugs, the Daily Voice reported.
