2nd Man Accused Of Stealing ATV From Online Deal Gone Wrong
The NYPD located the second man and took him into custody.
YORKTOWN, NY — A second arrest has been made in regard to the theft of an all-terrain vehicle June 25. Yorktown police said Jermal Lincoln, 29, of the Bronx, was charged with first-degree robbery, a felony.
Around 10 p.m. June 25, police received a 911 call from man saying that he had just been robbed at gunpoint outside his home.
He had arranged online to sell his ATV, and the two men who showed up produced a weapon and stole the vehicle, police said.

A description of the men, the ATV and the car one of them took off in was distributed to law enforcement.
The Mount Pleasant and Westchester County police, along with the county Real Time Crime Center, identified the ATV and car.

One of the men, Brandon R. Dean, 27, of the Bronx, was arrested.
Late in the afternoon of June 26, the NYPD located the car and Lincoln.
He was arrested and taken to Yorktown police headquarters for processing.
Lincoln was arraigned sent to the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections in lieu of $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.
He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court June 27.
Dean is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond and is also due back in court June 27.
