Hearing Tonight in Yorktown on 2nd Pipeline Expansion Project
Federal officials hold their obligatory open house for New York landowners, public officials, and other stakeholders.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the Atlantic Bridge Project—the second of Spectra’s planned pipeline expansions—tonight in Yorktown.
Atlantic Bridge will consist of work expanding more pieces of Spectra’s pipeline through Rockland, Westchester and Putnam counties. The first phase of the expansion, the AIM Project, has already been approved by FERC.
- Removal and replacement of approximately 10.9 miles of existing 26-inch diameter mainline pipeline with new 42-inch diameter pipeline in Rockland, Westchester and Putman Counties in New York, and Fairfield County in Connecticut;compressor stations located in New Haven County and Windham County, Connecticut;
- Construction of a new permanent access road, including a permanent bridge, to an existing metering and regulating (“M&R”) station in Rockland County, New York
- Work at eight (8) M&R station sites in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
