4 Arrested In Yorktown For Armed Robbery

The initial 911 call was about a dispute at a Yorktown home.

YORKTOWN, NY — Four Hudson Valley teens were arrested in Yorktown for armed robbery. Police said Frank J. Elio, 17, of Putnam Valley, Adam Diclerico, 19, of Yorktown, Daniel J. George, 18, of Mohegan Lake, and Tyler Comiskey, 17, of Cortlandt Manor, were charged with first-degree robbery, a felony.

Police said they received a 911 phone call around 5:50 p.m. Nov. 5 that reported a dispute at a Yorktown residence.

An investigation found the four teens acted together to steal property from the home’s occupants, and while leaving the scene, point firearms at the victims, police said.

The four were taken into custody in various locations Nov. 9 and 10 by a team of Yorktown Police.

All four are scheduled to appear in court next on Nov. 14.
