52-year-old Smashes Up Home, Girlfriend Tells Police

State police arrested Thomas P. Halloran of 274A Heritage Hills, Somers, NY, on the charge of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree (D - Felony) as a result of a complaint filed by his girlfriend who resides at the same address.

Police said on Aug. 3 when no one else was home, Halloran came in and destroyed vases, plants, pictures, antiques and a bathroom window. The approximate value of the damaged property was $3,000.

He was arrested there and, after processing at the state police barracks in Somers, he was arraigned before the Town of Somers Court. He was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
