The Hudson River Teacher Center at Putnam/Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services has received Wilson® Language Training Accreditation.
Wilson® Language Training is multi-sensory, comprehensive teaching strategy aimed at helping students become independent, fluent readers.
It has been recognized by the National Staff Development Council as one of the programs that works for K-12 literacy.

The Hudson River Teacher Center was accredited by Wilson after a review affirmed that the center met Wilson Language Training guidelines and standards for the delivery of Wilson® professional development.
The Teacher Center offers Wilson® Reading System workshops and certification as well as workshops in Wilson’s “Fundations” program for students in grades K through three, and its “Just Words” program for grades four and up.
