Bronx Man Faces DWI Charges in Yorktown

New York State Police arrested Santos J. Segarra, 31, of the Bronx, for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate an erratic vehicle observed traveling southbound on the Taconic State Parkway. Police located the described vehicle in the area of the Croton Reservoir subsequent to a one-car property damage auto accident. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Segarra, appeared to be driving while intoxicated.

Segarra provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .11 percent and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on April 30.
