Learn the art of sourdough making in this demonstration class at the library. This program will guide participants through the basics of creating and maintaining a starter, understanding fermentation, and essential baking techniques.
Attendees will leave with the knowledge and confidence to begin making sourdough at home. * No baking is involved.
