Case-of-Beer Grab-and-Run

Mark Mena, 23, of Mount Kisco, is due in Yorktown town court Jan. 15 to answer a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny.

Police said they received a report Dec. 6 from the Courtesy Shell Station in Shrub Oak that two men had come into the station and run out after grabbing a case of beer each.

Investigation identified Mena as one of the two suspects. He went to the Yorktown Police Department voluntarily Dec. 10 and was arrested, then released to a family member, police said.
