Cops Allege Unlicensed Peekskill Driver was Speeding
Police stopped him on Crompond Road.
Eric Rodriguez, 36, of Peekskill, faces charges of aggravated unlicensed driving, driving with a suspended registration and speeding.
Yorktown police said he was stopped at about 3:15 a.m. July 31 on Crompond Road.
He is due in Yorktown town court Sept. 1.
