CT Man With Rifle Accused Of Road Rage

The judge issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim, police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Connecticut man was accused of pointing a weapon at someone during a road rage incident. Yorktown police said Christian R. Dibona, 32, of Fairfield, Connecticut, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

Police said, on Jan. 31, there was a report of a road rage incident that happened in the area of Rutledge Drive.

An investigation found that around 4:45 p.m. Dibona pointed a black-colored AR-15-style rifle at the victim, police said.

Dibona voluntarily responded to the Yorktown Police Headquarters Tuesday and was arrested.

He was processed and arraigned by a judge who issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim.

Dibona was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court June 18.
