DAS Auto Parts Supports "Farm to Table Dinner" at Hilltop Hanover
The "Farm to Table Dinner" is the major fund raiser for Hilltop Hanover Farm. Chef Jonathan Pratt of Pratt's Inn will be preparing the meal.

The Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm will be sponsoring the "Fourth Annual Farm to Table Dinner" on Thursday evening, September 27th from 6:00 to 9:30 PM. Central to this fund raising event is the support of local merchants who donate to the silent auction.
John Recchia, owner of DAS Auto Parts, is one of the twenty-five small businesses owners who generously donate to the silent auction. This year DAS Auto Parts has donated a car detailing kit - with over 12 items - valued at over $125. The Friends of HHF hope to raise over $5,000 from the silent auction alone.
The three-course dinner will be prepared by Chef Jonathan Pratt of Peter Pratt's Inn. He and his staff will be using vegetables from Meadow Farms as well as eggs and vegetables from Hilltop Hanover Farm. A cocktail hour will precede the dinner - under the tent - with music by the Dave Phillips' trio.
