Dick's Sporting Goods to Hold Grand Opening Weekend at Jefferson Valley Mall

YORKTOWN, NY — The newest store to open at the Jefferson Valley Mall will hold its grand opening Friday, October 14.

Dick’s Sporting Goods 45,000-square-foot store is located in Center Court.

Organizers said it will be opening its doors at 8 a.m. Friday, the exterior entrance, and to celebrate will be giving away adidas Go-To Performances Shirts to the first 100 people in line.

Everyone in line at 7:45 a.m. Friday and Saturday will be given a chance to open a Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Locker for special prizes.

Former New York Yankee pitcher John Wetteland will make a special appearance and hold an autograph session from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The complete grand opening weekend schedule is:

• Grand Opening Weekend (Exterior Entrance)
• Friday, October 14, Doors open at 8 a.m.
• Saturday, October 15, Doors open at 8 a.m.
• Sunday, October 16, Doors open at 9 a.m.
• Regular Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sunday, Noon – 6 p.m.

The Jefferson Valley Mall is located at 650 Lee Boulevard in Yorktown Heights.
