
YORKTOWN, NY — A resident of Upland Road was issued a summons after Yorktown police investigated a report of a dog biting a person in the Yorktown Heights neighborhood.
According to police, they went to Upland Road Oct. 17 after a resident reported being bitten by a neighbor's dog while while walking down the street. Officers conducted an investigation and concluded that a large, beige mastiff belonging to Brian Amico was at large and had bitten the resident.
Police served a criminal summons on Amico Friday. He is due to appear in Yorktown town court Dec. 11.
