Inez Mouris, a resident of Somers, died peacefully on Thursday, December 25, 2014. She was born to John and Angela Poinelli, raised and educated in New Rochelle, NY.
Inez was married to Anthony Mouris who predeceased her in September 2000. Inez is survived by her son John A. Mouris, LaGrange, her daughter Susan Mouris, Somers, her grandson John P. Mouris of Ossining and her sister Katrin Poinelli of Pelham. Inez was predeceased by her brother Henry Poinelli.
Inez was a lifelong Yankee fan and enjoyed knitting. She has made baby receiving blankets for the Archdiocese of NY.
The Beecher Flooks Funeral Home in Pleasantville handled the arrangements.
