DWI in Yorktown for Queens Resident
State police from the Cortlandt barracks made the arrest Sept. 27.
Wilson A. Hernandez, 25, of Jamaica, New York, faces a charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
New York state troopers stopped the vehicle Hernandez was operating on Sept. 27 for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Following an invistigation, Hernandez was found to be intoxicated.
Hernandez provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .20% and was issued Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on Oct. 13.
