Elk's Club Assault Leads to 1 Arrest Plus Order of Protection
Police said the victim was punched several time in the face.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 46-year-old Mohegan Lake man was arrested by Yorktown police and faces an assault charge.
On August 5, police received a complaint that an assault had occurred around 6:15 p.m. at the Yorktown Elk’s Club, located at 590 Waverly Rd.
Police said an investigation found that David Yazzetti punched a man in the face several times while they were both in the club.

Yazzetti was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned by a Town of Cortlandt judge who issued a temporary order of protection for the victim.

Yazzetti was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court September 8.
