It’s that time of year again! As the Black Friday frenzy grows, Augie’s Prime Cut joins the retail stores and holiday shopping rush by opening its doors at midnight - offering customers 50% off all gift certificates. Customers may stop in to the restaurant to purchase gift certificates from midnight to 7 a.m. or they can purchase online all weekend - from midnight on Friday through midnight on Monday, November 28.
This is the second time Augie’s is offering such a promotion, and the first time for online shoppers. Last year hundreds of eager and bargain-hungry shoppers stopped in as they left their Thanksgiving dinners in hopes of deals at all the local stores. Racing the clock, Augie’s was a halfway point and pit stop for those in Yorktown Heights as they scrambled from Best Buy to the Jefferson Valley Mall. As the early bird shoppers went to sleep and the early risers made purchases before work, there was still a line out the door at 7 am.
