Family Yoga & Mindfulness @ The Somers Library

Bring your entire family to yoga and practice together!

Family Yoga & Mindfulness @ The Somers Library-Saturday, July 9th from 1:30-2:30pm

This one hour ALL LEVELS family class will include postures for everyone!

We will explore standing poses, sun salutations, partner poses, breathing and relaxation techniques along with interactive yoga games. This class is an opportunity for bonding with family while sharing the health and well-being that yoga brings.

This practice is led by Denise Nobile, registered adult & children's yoga teacher. This program will help teach children of all ages how to slow down, take a breath and get up and move.

Registration is required. Please sign-up each family member separately. Please note that this class is not a couples class but a multi-generational yoga class designed towards parents, teens and children as a family unit.

Important: Everyone should bring a yoga mat to class.
