Felony Charge For Using Credit Card Without Permission

Police said the Wingdale resident made purchases worth $2,250.57 at the Lowe's in Yorktown.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Dutchess County man accused of using a credit card at Lowe's without the cardholder's permission faces a charge of grand larceny, which is a felony.

Police said he made purchases at the store on Route 202 worth $2,250.57 at 12:18 p.m. March 7 — without the victim's knowledge or consent.

After an investigation, police called Bruce Finley, Jr. on Tuesday and asked him to come to Yorktown Police Headquarters. There, the 32-year-old was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

He was released on no bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown town court March 31.
