Felony Criminal Mischief Charge for 45-year-old Somers Man: Yorktown Police Blotter

Police said he spray-painted graffiti on a dam retention wall owned by the town.

Louis Paladino, 45, of Heritage Hills, is due in Yorktown Town Court Dec. 9 to answer a charge of third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Police said an off-duty officer reported criminal mischief on Foothill Street Oct. 30 and said he was following a suspect. Graffiti had been spray-painted on a dam retention wall.

After an investigation, Paladino went to Yorktown Police Headquarters voluntarily, police said. He was released without bail.
