Florida Man Arrested In Yorktown For Drunk Driving: Police
Police said they received multiple calls about a vehicle being driven erratically.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Florida man was arrested for drunk driving May 28 in Yorktown. Around 12:55 p.m., police said they received multiple phone calls from concerned motorists about a vehicle allegedly being operated erratically on Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown Heights.
Officers checking the area found the vehicle in the parking lot of 345 Kear St.
The driver of the car was identified as Darryl T. Nemeth, 55, of Palm Bay, FL.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, misdemeanors, and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a traffic infraction.

Nemeth was released on $200 bail to a responsible party.
He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court June 8.
