The program, led by coach Sharon Sarsen, has won state championships the last three years and to boot, one of its graduates, Melissa Gonzalez, will be playing in the upcoming Olympics as per yorktownny.org.

Yorktown continues to enjoy a tremendous year in the 9-year-old division of the Westchester Putnam Baseball Association as it is in first place with a 13-1 record.
