Hiker Bitten By 'Aggressive' Dog, Owner Given Summons
Police said the dogs had been running around a preserve unrestrained.

YORKTOWN, NY — Yorktown Police have issued a summons to the owner of two aggressive dogs that have been allowed to run free around the Turkey Mountain Nature Preserve since last month.
Police couldn’t locate the dogs until after a female hiker was bitten and one of the dogs was Tasered, leading them to a 49-year-old Yorktown woman living on Underhill Avenue, according to an article at tapinto.net.
