IBM's Somers Campus Sold for $31.75M
The company had planned to vacate the property by March.
SOMERS, NY — The IBM Somers campus was sold for $31,750,000, the town assessor said Thursday.
No details are known about the owner, other than it’s a limited liability corporation, the Journal News reported.
IBM had planned to leave the 723-acre campus by March with its employees moved to the North Castle facility.
