Lakeland Board of Education Appoints New Board Member

The Lakeland Central School District Board of Education appointed Donald Pinkowsky as the newest member of the board at its October 3, 2019 meeting. He replaced Glen Malia who resigned earlier this year. His term will continue until the May 21, 2020 annual budget vote. A resident of Yorktown, Don is married and has two children attending Lakeland schools.He is active in the community as a local youth sports coach. A U.S. Army veteran, Don is employed as a Vice President-Internal Audit Manager with an Armonk firm.
