Lawsuit Against Yorktown Could Be Dropped if Crompond Road Site Plan Is Amended
Gas stations objected to having a Costco members-only gas station at the site.

YORKTOWN, NY — A lawsuit against the Town of Yorktown and Breslin Realty will be dropped by three gas station owners and Yorktown Smart Growth if the 3200 Crompond Road site plan is amended to feature Lowe’s instead of Costco.
The owners of the stations Yorktown Smart Growth were against allowing a members-only gas station at Costco, according to tapinto.net.
Costco has since pulled out of the project.
