Police said the man failed to answer a summons.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Putnam County man was accused of driving without a license in Yorktown. Police said Jonathan Jusino, 22, of Mahopac, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and speed in zone, a traffic violation.
Around 6 p.m. June 24, an officer stopped a vehicle that he said was speeding.
A routine check of the driver's license found Jusino was driving while his privilege to do so had been suspended for failing to answer a summons, police said.
