Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Tattoo Parlor Customer
The incident was reported in March 2016.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Mohegan Lake man was arrested July 22 because police said he exposed himself to a woman.
Yorktown police said Andrew J. Ortner, of East Main Street, was given a criminal summons for the charge of exposure of a person, a violation.
On March 15, 2016, around 4:45 p.m., Yorktown police said they received a complaint that Ortner exposed his penis to a female patron at Ink Injection tattoo parlor located at 1870 East Main St. in Mohegan Lake.

The summons was served to Ortner July 22 by a police officer.
Ortner is scheduled to appear in court August 11.
