Man Arrested For DWI After Accident: Police
Police said the 22-year-old was following the other car too closely.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Mohegan Lake 22-year-old was arrested after a motor vehicle accident Sept. 14. Yorktown police said Wilmer Ronaldo Erraez-Delgado, 22, of Mohegan Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent of more misdemeanors, and following too closely, a traffic infraction.
Police said they were called about 11:19 p.m. Sept. 14 to an accident involving two vehicles on Route 6 at the intersection with Hill Boulevard.
Officers investigated and found that Erraez-Delgado was driving while intoxicated and was following the other car too closely.

He was arrested at the scene and taken to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing.
It was also found that Erraez-Delgado had a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more, police said.

He was released on his own recognizance to a responsible party and is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Sept. 27.
